Show the world your achievements and skills through the ACT's globally recognised digital credentials
We issue all registered students with a digital credential on successful completion of an ACT qualification. This is in the form of a badge and, where applicable, a digital certificate.
From March 2021 we will be also issuing digital badges for our Training courses. Badges for eLearning will be issued in April.
Once you are certified, you will be sent a link to your digital credentials and be able to access it in your account dashboard.
A digital badge is a visual representation, and validated indicator, of the skills, achievement and knowledge earned with your qualification or training session, which can be displayed or shared online via LinkedIn, email signatures, social media, blogs, websites and ePortfolios.
A digital badge is a great way to showcase your achievement. The image links to metadata that provides more information, such as the identity of the badge issuer, the date of issue, and the criteria the badge holder met.
The ACT awards the certified badges to students, and then they can, as a badge holder, display this in any online location, such as a website, emails, social media, a résumé or employment site. A prospective employer, client, or other interested parties can view the metadata, which certifies the authenticity of the badge and which can provide additional details of the skills that the badge represents.
How it works
It’s easy! We will notify you of your badge by email, and all you have to do is accept the invitation in the email so that you can start using your badge.
Why digital badging?
1) Portability: your official records and credentials are available to you at all times and portable. You can access them and display or share them on any device or platform of your choice.
2) Security and real-time authentication: digital badging prevents certificate fraud and the relevant certificate can be verified by anyone in real-time online.
Our qualifications badges do not have an expiration date, which means once you have completed your qualification, you will be eligible to use the relevant credentials indefinitely whilst being an active member of the ACT.
All the benefits of eCertificates
Digital certificates have all the benefits of paper certificates with none of the hassle. With high-quality design and print options, you can print high-quality versions of your certificates from home.
Digital certificates are secure and verifiable certificates that remove all doubt and prevent fraud. Single-click verification makes third-party authentication quick and easy. Accredible's bank-level encryption and Blockchain logging mean it’s impossible to fake certificates.
Moreover, with one-click social media sharing options as well as LinkedIn, website, and email embedding, your certificates can help you raise your professional profile.
Finally, recipients of our Accredible credentials also benefit from job insights from many countries.*
